    We act as your psychological testing partner, with comprehensive evaluations using gold-standard protocols like the WAIS-5, D-KEFS, and ADOS-2 to distinguish ADHD and autism from conditions like anxiety, depression, and trauma.

    You receive a clear, plain-language written report with relevant diagnoses and specific recommendations for next steps. Your patient stays in your care, and we're always glad to consult on the results.

    You work with clients whose overlapping mood, anxiety, and trauma-related symptoms may be masking neurodivergence or personality characteristics.

    We support your work with comprehensive psychological evaluations that clarify whether ADHD, autism, or personality-related diagnoses are part of the diagnostic picture, combining objective cognitive and executive functioning data (WAIS-5, D-KEFS), the ADOS-2, the MIGDAS-2, personality assessment, and a detailed developmental history.

    You receive a clear differential diagnosis and a thorough report to inform your treatment planning. We serve as a collaborative consultant, so your client stays in your care and your clinical approach stays yours to direct.

    When a client keeps hitting the same wall despite real effort, whether that's a return to substance use, stalled progress, or strategies for change that refuse to stick, undiagnosed ADHD, autism, or personality-related factors may be the missing piece.

    We provide comprehensive psychological evaluations using tools like the WAIS-5, D-KEFS, and personality assessments to sharpen the picture.

    You receive a clear explanation of your client's strengths and challenges, plus practical recommendations you can build into your work together.

    Your client stays with you, and we're glad to consult so the results translate into day-to-day support.

Team Review:
We will promptly review the referral request, and will contact your practice if clarification is required.

Patient Contact:
We will reach out to the referred patient directly to explain our process and to schedule the next steps.

When appropriate and with the patient's documented consent, we will keep you informed throughout the process and share clear evaluation summaries.

Referral Process

Referring a patient or client to PATH is simple, giving you time to focus on patient care. No release of information needed from your office. We will obtain the client's signed authorization during intake in order to send the report back to you.
